Resolution may take one of the following forms:

Agreement.

Recommendation.

Direction.

Genuine Dispute - If your dispute remains unresolved, the Conciliation Officer will issue you with a certificate of Genuine Dispute that will enable you to take your dispute to the Magistrates’ or County court.
At the end of your dispute, you will receive a certificate from the Workplace Injury Commission (WIC) stating the outcome reached.
